With 10+ years of higher education and association education experience, Diana Coyle is passionate about connecting collegiate women with resources and people who will help them flourish and thrive on their personal pathway to success. Diana graduated from North Carolina State University with a BA in Communication. After graduation, Diana went on to work at Chi Omega Executive Headquarters in Memphis as Program Coordinator, where she provided support for extension and leadership programs. This is where she realized her why and committed to connecting people with tools to succeed as leaders in their school, work, and life. This sparked her interest in furthering her education, and Diana pursued a Master’s of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina.
Following her time at USC, Diana worked at Wingate University just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina where she focused her time and talents on building connections and a sense of belonging for Wingate students. She is now the Director of Education & Programs for the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors where she continues to live her why building networks and learning opportunities for those in the fraternal industry. Outside of work, Diana is a member of the Junior League of Indianapolis and enjoys exploring restaurants, hidden gems for shopping, and cultural and community events in Indy.
