Michelle M. Castro
Michelle M. Castro graduated from Florida International University in 2001 with a BA in International Relations. Upon graduation, Michelle served as a leadership consultant for Phi Sigma Sigma traveling the Midwest and the Northeast. Following her time on the road, Michelle decided to pursue a Masters Degree. Michelle graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2004 with a MA in College Student Personnel. While in graduate school Michelle served as a fraternity/sorority life graduate assistant and served as a house director for Sigma Chi and Beta Theta Pi.
Following graduation Michelle worked at the University of New Mexic from 2004-2006 as the Greek Life Area Coordinator. From 2006-2011 Michelle worked at the University of Miami as an Assistant Dean of Students and Coordinator for Fraternity/Sorority Life. Currently, Michelle works at Florida International University as the Assistant Director for Campus Life working with Student Government.
When not working, Michelle serves on the Phi Sigma Sigma NPC Delegate and as a volunteer with the Miami Women’s Panhellenic Association.
